While rejecting the petitioners' claim, the respondents have also given a right of representation to the petitioners. This opportunity has been availed and a representation has been made immediately thereafter. Sri Rakesh Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent states that an appropriate decision would be taken on petitioners' representation. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of with the direction upon the second respondent to take an appropriate decision on the petitioners' representation, within a period of four weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
