It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that at the instance of respondent No.8 (unofficial respondent), respondent No.7 has foisted a false case against the petitioner and in connection thereof, he has been harassed by the Police by calling him to the Police Station time and again. 3. Sri V. Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submitted written instructions received from the Sub Inspector of Police, Varikuntapadu Police Station, containing inter alia, that, Crime No.33/2025, dated 20.03.2025 was registered under Sections 224, 79, 351(2) of BNS, on the report of respondent No.8 against the petitioner. 4. In view of the fact that the investigation was ended and charge- sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Udayagiri, on 31.03.2025, vide C.C.No.177/2025. 5. At the outset, as it appears that investigation was ended and charge-sheet was filed, it is not necessary to pass any order in the instant Writ Petition. 4 SS, J W.P.No.12284 of 2025 6.
