This appeal is taken up today in the National Lok Adalat organized in the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow premises. 2. The parties appeared and they agreed to get the appeal decided in terms of compromise, which shall form part of award. Respondent Nos.1, 3 & 4 will get Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) in addition to amount of Rs.3,00,000/- which has already deposited in compliance of order dated 20.01.2014 and 06.05.2014, full & final satisfaction of their claim from appellant. The appellant has paid Rs. 1,00,000/- through D.D No. 306574 dated 04.12.2025. If amount of Rs. 3,00,000/- is already deposited in the Court, then the respondent Nos.1, 3 & 4 shall also be entitled for the entire interest of MACT Bank account as per Rule on the deposited amount. 3.
