The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Tandwa P.S. Case No. 230 of 2024, for the offences under Sections 191(2)/ 191(3)/ 190/ 115(2)/ 285/ 303(3)/ 308(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Sections 27/35 of the Arms Act and Section 17 (1) & 17(2) of CLA Act, pending in the court of Sri S. S. Tirkey, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Chatra. 3. On 09.08.2024 at about 2:00 a.m., the accused persons resorted to firing to terrorize the truck drivers who had parked their trucks near Sadabah river bridge. The occurrence had taken place to enforce the demand of rangdari. 4. It was submitted that petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that name of the petitioner has come in the confession of co-accused. It was finally submitted that similarly situated co-accused Aman Lakra @ Bauna has been granted bail by this Court vide B.A. No. 6347/2025. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri S.
