Mr. Raman Sethi, Advocate, for the respondent. CARAP No.74 of 2025 Application has been filed for modification of the order dated 12.08.2021 and for release of the amount. Since the appeal stands admitted and considerable time has gone by. Apparently, the deposit is of Rs.3,51,78,966/- and thereafter another sum of Rs.23,28,121/- plus Rs.37,63,949/- was deposited. It has also been averred that the applicant who is the Managing Director of the company is of 74 years old. We are of the considered opinion that since the award dated 26.06.2018 is already in favour of the applicant- respondent and further upheld by the learned Single Judge on 24.10.2019, we deem it fit that the amount be released to the applicant on furnishing of security in the form of immovable property.
