Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed for following relief:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.1 to decide stay application filed by petitioners in Revision No. 3601 of 2024, Computerized Case No. C202403000003601 (Nanhe Lal and others Vs. Shanti Devi and others) pending before him since 12.11.2024 within specified period." 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioners is that stay application filed in Revision No. 3601 of 2024 is pending consideration and he prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to respondent No.1 - Additional Commissioner (Judicial) Ist, Kanpur Division, Kanpur to consider and decide the stay application filed in the revision, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after ensuring service upon all the opposite parties, giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties provided there is no other legal impediment.
