This is an application praying for impleadment of the Block Development Officer cum Executive Officer; the President, Tapang Anchalik Panchayat; the President, Clever House Chah Bagicha Gaon Panchayat; and the Secretary, Clever House Chah Bagicha Gaon Panchayat as respondent Nos. 8, 9, 10 & 11 in the connected writ petition, being WP(C) No. 5587/2024. Having considered the submissions of learned counsel for the parties and also the grievances raised in the connected writ petition and the prayer being not objected to by Ms. N. Borah, learned counsel for the respondent, I am of the considered view that the respondents sought to be impleaded appears to be necessary parties. Thus, I deem it appropriate to allow this interlocutory application.
