Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the departmental appeal is pending which is yet to be decided. He submits that suffice it would be if a direction is given to the respondents to decide the appeal. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that if the petitioner files a representation before the appropriate authority along with the copy of the appeal, the representation will be disposed of. 4. Considering the said submission, I direct the petitioner to approach the appellate authority by filing representation along with the copy of this order. The appellate authority will try to dispose of the appeal within twelve weeks from the date of receipt of this order and after disposal will hand over the reasoned order to the petitioner. 5.
