Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned state counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed challenging order dated 13th November 2025, whereby petitioner has been transferred from Lucknow to Fatehpur. Further prayer has been made for continuing petitioner at the present place of posting in Lucknow in view of the fact that studies of his children would be hampered due to transfer which has been affected in mid session. 3. Since redressal of petitioner's grievance would come within administrative jurisdiction, petitioner is granted liberty to file fresh representation before opposing party No.4. i.e. Deputy Inspector General of Police, P.A.C. Head Quarter, Lucknow with regard to his grievance which may be considered expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the authority. 4.
