Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that the petitioner had given representations stating that he was receiving life threats from two mobile numbers. Upon proper enquiry and investigation, it was revealed that the said two mobile numbers remained switched off at all times.
