Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:26363-DB Court No. - 29 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 4365 of 2025 Petitioner :- Suresh Kumar Mishra Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 4 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Krishna Nand Rai,Vijay Anand Rai Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Ashwani Kumar Mishra,J. Hon'ble Donadi Ramesh,J. Petitioner's grievance is that though an order of demarcation under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 has been passed by the competent authority on 19.9.2024 but only because police force is not made available as such the order is not being given effect to on the spot. Learned Standing counsel states that such grievance of the petitioner would be got examined by the second respondent. In the event the order of demarcation has attained finality we fail to understand as to why such order is not being implemented only for want of police force. In such circumstances, we direct the District Magistrate, Mirzapur to inquire into the petitioner's grievance and to ensure that if the order under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 has attained finality requisite police force would be provided, forthwith for appropriate further action, in accordance with law. With the above observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. Order Date :- 24.2.2025 RA Digitally signed by :- RAZIQ ALI High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
