Taking into account that the petitioner wants to withdraw the instant proceedings, the instant proceedings stands closed on withdrawal. 3. Ms. H. Thakuria, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the petitioner, though, has challenged the order but, has not regularly made the payment. 4. This Court observes that if the petitioner has not made any payment, the liberty is always there with the respondent to approach the learned Court of the District Judge, Darrang, Mangaldai complaining about the non-compliance to the order dated 01.06.2024 and initiate further proceedings.
