GP FOR HIGHER EDUCATION (AP) 3 The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer: “…..to grant appropriate relief more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus under Article 226 of the Constitution of India declaring she GO Ms.No.30 Higher Education Department dated 30.06,2017, issued by the 3rd respondent and consequential Notifications Advt.No.E.II(2)/RN-ASST.PROF(Phase II)/2017-18 Dated 03.01.2018 and 06.01.2018 issued by the 1st respondent, in so far as it relates to merging Department Arabic, Persian and Urdu and Department of Human rights and Social Development respectively to Law Department respectively is concerned, as arbitrary, illegal, discriminatory, malafide and unconstitutional violating Article 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India, and set aside the some, and issue consequential directions, directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners for absorption / regularization / appointment to the post of Assistant Professor, Department Arabic, Persian and Urdu and Department of Human Rights and Social Development respectively, and pass….” 2. Heard Sri P.V.Krishnaiah, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Higher Education and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents would submit that in the light of the orders passed in W.P.No.23770 of 2017 and batch by the coordinate bench of this Court, no further orders are required to be passed in this matter. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that recording the same, this writ petition may be disposed of. 5. Recording the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of.
