Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed seeking mainly for the following relief:- "(a) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Opp. party No.2 i.e., Director (Administration Medical and Health, Swasthya Bhawan, Lucknow to pass appropriate orders for posting/transfer of the petitioner from District Agra to District Gonda, Balrampur, Sultanpur or District Pratapgarh as per option given by him in the light of paragraph 5 (V) within the stipulated by this Hon'ble Court." 3. It has been submitted that petitioner is due to superannuate within a period of two months and is therefore covered by provisions of paragraph - 5 of the Government Order dated 06.05.2025. 4. Since considering petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file fresh representation before opposite party no.2, i.e. Director (Administration), Medical, Health and Family Welfare, Swasthya Bhawan, Lucknow, who shall consider and decide the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of fresh representation along with a certified copy of this order. 5.
