The petitioner is an accused in connection with Pratappur P.S. Case No. 50 of 2025. 3. The informant was waylaid by some miscreants and after committing assault upon him they had taken away his music system and machineries worth Rs. 2,20,000/- 4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been implicated on self confession as well as the confession of the co-accused persons. Learned counsel submits that no T.I. Parade has been held and the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. It has further been submitted that one of the co-accused Mukesh Kumar has been granted bail by this Court in B.A. No.6077 of 2025. 5. Mr. Vijoy Kr. Sinha, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and has submitted that looted articles were recovered at the instance of the accused persons. 6. However, regard being had to the fact that one of the co-accused similarly situated has been granted bail by this Court apart from the manner of implication of the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees The Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Chatra in connection with Pratappur P.S.
