Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned state counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed seeking following prayers:- " i. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties to grant the benefit of Assured Carrier Progression Scheme (A.C.P.) to the petitioners from the date as he became eligible, along with all consequential benefits, including arrears of salary with interest. ii. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties to revised the salary of petitioners after extension of benefits of Assured Carrier Progression Scheme (A.C.P.) payable them. iii issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties to pay the interest on delayed payment from the date it become due till the date of actual date of payment at market rate." 3. Since petitioners' grievances would require consideration of factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioners to make fresh individual representations before opposite party No. 1 i.e. Principal Secretary, Department of Animal Husbandry, Government of Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow or any other competent authority. In case such representations are filed, the same are required to be decided within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. 4.
