Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 70 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 111(2)(ii), 317(2), 317(4), 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and sections 66(B), (C), (D) of I.T. Act, pending in the court of learned Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Jamtara. On 02.11.2024 at 12.00 noon, Cyber Police, Jamtara on the basis of confidential information raided a place near Karmatanr in village Sinderjori and apprehended the petitioner along with co-accused persons on suspicion that they were involved in cyber offence. On search, mobile phones and e- gadgets were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was submitted that petitioner has remained in custody for about 10 months. It was further submitted that several co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court earlier. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Jamtara, in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S.
