Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed mainly for the following relief:- "(1) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the opposite parties to count the services of the petitioners rendered as daily wager for the purpose of determination of pension and other retiral benefits and also to ensure payment of retiral dues accordingly under the old pension scheme along with all consequential benefits in the interest of justice in the light of the judgment and order dated- 04.11.2025 in case of Jai Ram Sharma & others vs. State of U.P. & others Writ-A No. 731 of 2024." 3. Since considering petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file fresh representation before opposite party no.3 i.e. Joint Director, Agriculture (Planning), Krishi Bhawan, U.P., Lucknow, - or any other competent authority who shall consider and decide the same, in light of aforesaid judgment, in case same is applicable, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of fresh representation along with a certified copy of this order. 4.
