HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW APPLICATION U/S 482 No. - 7710 of 2019 Court No. - 29 HON'BLE MANOJ BAJAJ, J. Applicant-wife has approached this Court through this application under Section 482 Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking implementation of the order dated 24.08.2024 granting maintenance in her favour as despite the recovery warrant, the amount of maintenance has not been paid to her. No one has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Learned A.G.A. is present. A perusal of the paper book would show that the applicant had filed this petition in October, 2019, and ever since its filing, the same is pending and even defects pointed out by the Registry have not been removed. Since the prayer made in this application can also be pressed by the applicant before the family court, this Court is not inclined to entertain the petition. The petition is dismissed.
