Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the District Magistrate, Jhansi is intending to change class/category of certain Gatas in exercise of power under Section 77(2) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 and petitioner along with other persons have preferred objections in the nature of representation dated 04.09.2024 before the District Magistrate, which is still pending consideration. 3. Though no prayer has been made for decision of the representation, but considering the grievance raised and the first prayer made in the writ petition, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, Jhansi to consider the objection/representation dated 04.09.2024 before passing any order under Section 77 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, provided a copy of this order is filed before him within ten days from today.
