Learned counsel for the opposite party does not object to the same. 3. Looking to the averment made in the instant application, paragraph no.3 of the order dated 03.06.2025 passed in B.A No. 4475 of 2025 is hereby modified to the extent that in the third line “petitioner has no criminal antecedent” shall now be read as “petitioner has one criminal antecedent”. 4.
