The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Certiorari to quash the Sale Notice dated 25.02.2021 issued by the respondent vide Annexure-D and also a Writ of Mandamus to consider the application submitted by the petitioner for regularizing the loan account vide Annexure-E. 3. Counsel Sri.Nanda Kumar., on instruction submits that the loan account has been closed. Counsel therefore, submits that an appropriate order may be passed. The oral submission made by counsel for the respondent is placed on record. 4. Because of the closure of the loan account, nothing survives for consideration in the Writ Petition at this juncture.
