This petition seeks issuance of direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned F.I.R. dated 11.09.2024, bearing F.I.R./Case Crime No.0409 of 2024, for the offence under Sections 498- A,323,354,504,506,452 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, registered at Police Station Mohanlalganj, District Lucknow. Learned counsel for petitioners states that the dispute is matrimonial in nature and there is possibility of settlement between the parties, and, therefore, to show his bona fide, petitioner no.1/husband is ready and willing to produce a demand draft of Rs.50,000/- in favour of the wife/opposite party no.4 on 18.12.2024. Put up this case on 18.12.2024. On the said date, petitioner no.1 shall produce a demand draft of Rs.50,000/- in favour of wife/opposite party No.4. " 4. A perusal of the paper book would reflect that the matter has not been pursued thereafter. 5. In view of above, the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the matter. 6. Dismissed accordingly.
