The instant petition has been filed praying for a mandamus commanding the respondent No.4 / S.H.O., P.S. Nagram, District Lucknow / Investigating Officer of Case Crime / F.I.R. No.177 of 2023, under Sections 2 & 3 of U.P. Gangsters & Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986 lodged at Police Station- Nigoha, District Lucknow to accept the Bail Bonds & Sureties filed by the petitioner in compliance of Anticipatory Bail Order dated 29.10.2025 passed by this Court in Crl. Misc. Anticipatory Bail Application u/s 482 BNSS No.1499 of 2025 in Re: Mohit Kumar @ Mohit Rawat vs. State of U.P., a copy of which is Annexure-1 to the petition. 3. The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that this Court in the aforesaid case has granted anticipatory bail in which it has been provided that in the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail on anticipatory bail in the aforesaid case crime number on his furnishing a personal bond with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting officer / I.O. / S.H.O. concerned. 4. The specific averment as made in paragraph 11 of the petition is that despite the petitioner having gone on 03.11.2025 along with his two relatives as sureties and bail bonds yet the respondent No.4 has harassed the petitioner and started giving threats and had not taken the sureties. 5. Anticipatory Bail Application u/s 482 BNSS, No.1499 of 2025 provided that the said sureties are not professional.
