THIS PETITION, COMING ON FOR ORDERS, THIS DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER: CORAM: HON'BLE MR JUSTICE HEMANT CHANDANGOUDAR ORAL ORDER The petitioner filed an application under Section 219 of the Cr.P.C., stating that the six cheques allegedly issued in favor of the complainant relate to different transactions, therefore, the common complaint was not maintainable. The application was rejected, and a revision petition was filed before the Sessions Court. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner was heard, and the material on record was perused. 3. Whether the subject cheques were issued in relation to the different transactions is a matter that requires consideration after a full-fledged trial; at this stage, in the absence of any specific averment in the complaint, this issue cannot be addressed. 4. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of, reserving the liberty to the petitioners to raise all the grounds previously urged before the Trial Court. All contentions remain open.
