The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Balumath P.S. Case No. 16 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 111(3), 111(4), 308(4), 308(5), & 61(2) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 25(1-B)(a) & 26 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latehar. 3. On 15.02.2025 at about 11.15 A.M., Balumath Police apprehended this petitioner alongwith co-accused persons while they had assembled near a forest land at Bukru Railway siding. It is alleged that the accused persons had assembled there for making preparation of demanding rangdari. It is further alleged that one mobile phone was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 4. It was submitted that petitioner is in custody since 15.02.2025 and charge-sheet has already been submitted in this case. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused namely Sagar Turi has been granted bail by this Court in B.A. No. 6075/2025. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latehar in connection with Balumath P.S.
