Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, personal affidavits on behalf of respondent Nos.2 & 3 have been filed today in the Court, the same is taken on record. 2. It is argued by learned counsel for the respondents that since the grievance as raised in the present petition has already been redressed by the respondents, therefore, no further cause of action would remain survive and the present petition has now become infructuous. 3. After going though the aforesaid affidavit, learned counsel for the petitioner has been satisfied that grievance raised by the petitioner has been fulfilled and agreed that the present petition has now become infructuous and prays for its dismissal as having become infrutctuous. 4.
