HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW CRIMINAL MISC. BAIL APPLICATION No. - 11591 of 2025 Court No. - 12 HON'BLE PANKAJ BHATIA, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. and perused the record. 2. The applicant seeks enlargement on bail in FIR No.283 of 2025, under Sections 61(2), 111(2)b, 318(4), 316(5), 351(3) of BNS, Police Station Mohanlalganj, District Lucknow. 3. It is argued by the Counsel for the applicant that the applicant has been enlarged on bail in similar nature of cases. 4. Learned A.G.A. vehemently opposed the bail prayer. 5. Considering the fact that on similar allegations, the applicant has been enlarged on bail and the fact that the applicant is languishing in jail since 16.06.2025 and criminal history has been duly explained, I am of the view that the applicant is entitled to be released on bail on the ground of parity.
