GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: 2 “.... a writ order or orders specially one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the acts of the 5th Respondent in calling the petitioner to police station by sending constables and making the petitioner to sit in the police station and insisting the petitioner to withdraw the A.S.No.76 of 2024 on the file of the Additional Civil Judge Senior Division Tirupathi and hand over the vacant possession of the land to an extent of Ac.164 cts in S.No.218/1 in Mangalam Group Chennayigunta Village Account Tirupathi Urban Mandal Tirupathi District erstwhile Chittoor District to the 7th and 8th Respondents immediately by interfering in the civil dispute as illegal arbitrary violative of Arts 21 of the Constitution of India and misuse of powers vested with the office of 5th Respondent and consequently desist the 5thRespondent from calling the petitioner to the police station and insisting the petitioner to withdraw the A.S.No.76 of 2024 and hand over the vacant possession of the land stated supra to the 7th and 8th Respondents immediately by also directing not to interfere in the civil disputes” 2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that a case in Crime No.380 of 2024 has been registered against the petitioner 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that now police are calling the petitioner to the police station. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that police are not calling the petitioner to the police station. 5. Recording the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, Police are directed to follow due process, in accordance with law, relating to the crime which is already registered against the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.
