It is submitted that petitioner is due to superannuate on 31.05.2026 and therefore there is urgency in the matter since posts of Leading Fireman are still lying vacant. 4. Since considering petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file fresh representation before opposite party No.1 i.e. State of U.P. through Principal Secretary, Home, U.P. Government, Civil Secretariat, Lucknow - or any other competent authority who shall consider and decide the same within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of fresh representation along with a certified copy of this order. 5.
