Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 2. The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed with a prayer to quash/set aside the summoning order dated 18.01.2023 in Criminal Case No.942 of 2025, (State of U.P. vs. Anwar and others) and charge sheet dated 27.09.2022 arising out of FIR dated 10.11.2021, bearing Case Crime No.0709 of 2021, under Sections 419, 420, 344, 504, 506 IPC., and Sections 319(2), 318(4), 127(4), 352, 351 BNS pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lalganj, Pratapgarh. 3. After arguing at some length, counsel for the applicants states that the applicants will surrender before the court below and apply for bail. However, he has submitted that the applicants may be granted the benefit of the case of Satender Kumar Antil Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and another reported in (AIR 2022 SC 3386). 4. It is therefore, directed that in case the applicants surrender before the Court below within three weeks from today and prefer bail application, the court below will decide the said bail application, as expeditiously as possible, taking into account the law laid down by the Supreme Court in Satender Kumar Antil (supra) and decide it in accordance with law. 5. The application stands disposed of. 6. However, it is open for the applicant to move discharge application, at the appropriate stage.
