Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for both the respondents. He submits that notice would be issued to owners of adjacent lands and a decision would be taken after considering objections, if any, from them. 3. A separate patta bearing No.4492 has been issued in favour of the petitioner in respect of land in survey No.1371/2B. As such, a case is made out to consider the petitioner's request. 4.
