This Court by order dated 14.12.2020 has granted ad interim stay to the impugned Judgment and Award subject to deposit of 60% amount under the Award. There is no dispute that the Acquiring Body has deposited 60% amount as directed by this Court. 3. The learned Advocate for the Claimants submits that the Acquiring Body be directed to deposit the remaining amount. 4.
