The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a complaint with the police on 25.12.2024 alleging missing of four cows belonging to the petitioner. It is submitted that the unofficial respondents are behind the missing of the cows and in that respect the complaintwas filed. It is also submitted that the cows were transported in a TATA Ace vehicle, which was also brought to the notice of the 5*^ respondent. In spite of the same, the respondent, in connivance with respondent Nos.6 and 7, has not registered any complaint. 2. Recording the submissions, it is left open for the petitioner to submit a fresh complaint to the respondent, and upon such submission, the 5^^ respondent shall consider the same in accordance with Section 173(3) of the 3.
