This application is filed seeking permission to withdraw the amount of Rs.4 lakhs to the extent of applicant No.4 in view of order dated 20th September 2017 passed in Civil Application No. 7872/2017 in First Appeal No.4331/2016. 2. This Court vide order dated 20th September 2017 had allowed the applicants to withdraw an amount of Rs.14 lakhs by giving the bifurcation of the amount to be paid to each of the applicants. To the Ethape ( 2 ) 29-CA-6288-2025 extent of applicant No.4, the amount was disbursed was to be kept in fixed deposit. He was entitled to get the said amount on attaining majority. It is now shown that the applicant No.4 Chirag Anil Chhallani has attained majority. His date of birth is shown to be 16th June 2001. 3. Considering above, this Court finds that there is no difficulty in allowing the application. 4. The applicant No.4 - Chirag S/o. Anil Chhallani is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.4 lakhs which is kept in fixed deposit in the bank pursuant to order dated 20th September 2017. 5.
