The present petition has been filed seeking following reliefs:- A. a writ, an order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned F.I.R. no. 160/2025, u/s- 112, 319(2), 318 (4), 336(1), 336(3), 336(4), 338, 339, 340 B.N.S, 2023, 419, 420, 463, 465, 466, 467, 474, 470 I.P.C & 66C, 66D IT Act, 2008 PS- Cyber Crime Police Station, District- Lucknow dated 05.10.2025 in respect of the petitioner only, contained as Annexure No.01 to this writ petition. B. a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties not to harass and arrest the petitioner in view of F.I.R. no. 160/2025, u/s- 112, 319(2), 318 (4), 336(1), 336(3), 336(4), 338, 339, 340 BNS, 2023,419, 420, 463, 465, 466, 467, 474, 470 I.P.C & 66C, 66D IT Act, 2008 PS- Cyber Crime Police Station, District- Lucknow dated 05.10.2025. 3. On an objection raised by learned A.G.A with regard to the defect in the affidavit filed by Sri Jai Prakash Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that this petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to move a fresh writ petition. To which there is no objection by the other side. 4. In view of above, the present writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as aforesaid.
