The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed with a prayer for direction being issued to the Special Judge, POCSO -I, Ayodhya to conduct the proceedings arising out of Spl. S.T. No.102 of 2023 and Criminal Case No.61 of 2023 (State of U.P. vs. Ramesh Kumar Yadav) filed under Sections 354, 504, 506, 376 IPC and Section 5/6 POCSO Act, Ayodhya expeditiously and in a stipulated time. 3. It has been pointed out that the statement of the victim had already been recorded and the trial court is proceeding in the case. The trial is of the year 2023 and it has been requested that the trial may be expedited in this case. 4. It appears that the statement of the victim has been recorded and the trial court is proceeding therefore, there is no need to give direction. 5. In view of the above, the application is dismissed.
