Act at P.S. Bhigapur, District Unnao and not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to the impugned FIR. 3. At the very outset, learned AGA on the basis of instructions sent by Sri Sunil Babu Awasthi, Sub Inspector, Police Station Bhigapur, District Unnao states that a charge sheet dated 25.9.2025 has been filed in the Court on 3.10.2025 against accused Jitendra while the names of petitioners have been dropped out during investigation, hence, the present petition has become infructuous. 4.
