Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents No.1 to 4. 2. In view of order proposed to be passed, notice to respondent No. 4 is hereby dispensed with. 3. Instant petition has been filed praying for quashing the FIR No. 160 of 2025 under Sections 329(4), 115(2), 352, 351(3), 324 (4) of B.N.S., 2023, Police Station- Manpur, District- Sitapur. 4. On the other hand, learned A.G.A. on the basis of instructions dated 24.11.2025 sent by Sri D. K. Singh, Sub-Inspector, Police Station- Manpur, Distict- Sitapur, states that a charge sheet dated 04.08.2025 has been submitted in the matter. 5. Upon the same being pointed out, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he does not intend to press the writ petition and prays that the same may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to pursue other remedy as may be available to them under law. 6.
