Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned state counsel for opposite parties 1 and 2 and Ms. Ananya Singh Advocate holding brief on behalf of Mr. Shailendra Singh Rajawat learned counsel for opposite parties 3 and 4. 2. Petition has been filed seeking following prayer:- " I. to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Opposite Parties particularly Opposite Party No. 2 and 3 to fill the vacant post of teaching staff in the Maa Vindhyavasini Junior High School, Tamrsepur, Pratapur Kamaicha, District Sultanpur (in short "Institution") fourthwith or provide the approval to the petitioner so that petitioner publish a notice to fill the vacant post of teaching staff i.e. one principal and 4 assistant teacher in the institution forthwith, (Annexure No. 7), in the interest of justice." 3. Learned state counsel submits that earlier petitioner has submitted a representation to the opposite party No.3 i.e. Basic Shiksha Adhikari concerned who has sought directions and guidelines from the opposite party No.2 which are at pending consideration. 4. In view of aforesaid submission, the opposite party No. 2 i.e. Assistant Director Basic, Ayodhya Region, Ayodhya is directed to provide the guidelines/instructions to the opposite party No. 3 i.e. Basic Shikha Adhikari Sultanpur expeditiously, within a period of three weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is served upon the said authority.
