In view of the order proposed to be passed herein, no useful purpose would be served by putting the opposite party to notice and keeping this petition pending before this Court. However, in case the opposite party feels aggrieved by the order his/her right to seek modification/variation of the order is being kept reserved. 3. The basic relief sought by the petitioner/petitioners in the present petition is to direct the respondent no. 2 to decide the application dated 27.11.2024 under section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 with respect to land of petitioner consisting in gata no. 2486/1 area 0/089 hectare at village Lakri Fazalpur, Tehsil and District Moradabad, expeditiously. 4. The matter is pending before the Court below since 2024 and considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no final decision has been taken in the matter. 5. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the respondent no. 2 to decide the aforesaid application dated 27.11.2024 strictly in accordance with law most expeditiously and preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy before the Court below but without granting unnecessary adjournment unless there is no legal impediment.
