Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State. 2. This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondents in deciding the representation dated 17.01.2025 filed by the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that raising his grievances the petitioner has filed the aforesaid representation before the respondent authority, however, the same has not yet been decided. 4. Upon due consideration, we are of the view that the respondent No.3 i.e. Additional Deputy Collector, Shrawasti should be directed to pass a reasoned order upon the representation of the petitioner. 5. Accordingly, the respondent No.3 i.e. Additional Deputy Collector, Shrawasti is directed to pass a reasoned order upon the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date after granting an opportunity of hearing to the Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Dinesh Kumar Ayra Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Raju Soni .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Addl. Chief Secy. Deptt. Of Transport Lko. And 2 Others .....Respondent(s) petitioner. 6. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
