Present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to authority concerned to decide petitioner's representation dated 21.05.2025 for transfer to Gorakhpur on medical ground as well as in view of the fact that petitioner having less than one year to superannuate is required to be posted in his home district. 3. Learned State Counsel has been provided written instructions dated 12.11.2025, a copy of which is taken but does not indicate any final orders have been passed on petitioner's representation. 4. In view of above, opposite party no.2 i.e. Director (Administration), Medical & Health Service, Lucknow, is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation dated 21.05.2025 which has been duly forwarded by the Chief Medical Officer, Mahoba, expedtiously, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt a certified copy of this order. Petitioner shall annexe a copy of the representation dated 21.05.2025 alongwith a certified copy of this order. 5. With aforesaid direction(s), the petition is finally disposed of.
