This is an application under Order XXXIX Rule 1 and 2 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 seeking temporary injunction restraining the opposite party, his servants, workmen, employees and agents from entering into the property and also from selling/transferring the property to some other persons by way of sale deed etc.
2. Taking into account that the accompanying appeal has already been admitted and listed for hearing, it is the opinion of this Court that the status quo in respect to the suit property be maintained till the disposal of the accompanying appeal.
