The present petition has been filed for the following main relief:- "Wherefore, for the facts and reasons as stated above, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to set aside the order (s) dated 05.09.2024 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gonda as well as the order dated 01.09.2025 passed by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Court No. 03, Gonda arising out of Crl. Case no 8175/2024 (State versus Ram Nohar & Others) against petitioner pending in the court of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gonda, in FIR No.- 190/2022,U/s: U/S- 420, 467, 468, 471, 506 I.P.C., P.S. Khargoopur, District Gonda." Learned Counsel for the applicants states that on account of some formal defects in the pleadings, he does not want to press the present application and liberty may be granted to the applicants to file a fresh with proper pleadings and documents in support thereof. To the aforesaid prayer, learned AGA has no objection. Accordingly, the present application is dismissed with liberty as aforesaid. Office is directed to return back all the certified copies of order and documents, annexed in the present application, to the learned Counsel for the applicant, if he applies for the and submit the copies of same.
