Heard learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties. 2. The petitioner is permitted to implead the Executive Officer, Nagar Panchayat, Kaiserganj, District - Bahraich, as an opposite party during course of the day. 3. By way of a letter dated 24.10.2025, the petitioner had sought for a permission of a sanctioned plan for construction of a property over a piece of land, which was owned by the petitioner, in which there was an old house existing. The old house has been brought down by the petitioner and the construction of the new building is sought, as per the sanctioned plan, prayed for. 4. The Executive Officer, Nagar Panchayat, Kaiserganj, District - Bahraich is directed to decide on the sanctioned plan within a period of three weeks from date. 5.
