Supplementary affidavit filed today along with certified copy of impugned order is taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. 3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for petitioners that proceedings U/S 9A(2) of U.P. Consolation of Holding Act, relating to land situated at Village Ludhauri, Pargana and Tehsil - Nighasan, District - Kheri is pending before Consolidation Officer, Lakhimpur-1st Camp at Gola, District - Kheri which has been registered as Case no. 3578 of 2025 (Gaya Prasad & Ors. Vs. Yamuna Prasad & Ors.). 4. It has been submitted that proceedings are pending since 1995 and presently it is remanded which is pending consideration since 02.02.1995. 5. After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for petitioners submits that Consolidation Officer may be directed to conclude the proceedings expeditiously. 6. Learned Standing Counsel does not oppose the innocuous prayer made by learned counsel for petitioners. 7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without entering into the merits, respondent no. 1 - Consolidation Officer, Lakhimpur-1st Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Devi Prasad Maurya, Sandeep Kumar Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Rakesh Kumar Maurya And Others .....Petitioner(s) Consolidation Officer, Lakhimpur Ist, Camp Gola, Kheri And Others .....Respondent(s) Camp at Gola, District - Kheri, is directed to decide Case no. 3578 of 2025 (Gaya Prasad & Ors. Vs. Yamuna Prasad & Ors.) in proceedings U/S 9A(2) of U.P. Consolation of Holding Act, relating to land situated at Village Ludhauri, Pargana and Tehsil - Nighasan, District - Kheri , expeditiously, say within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, in accordance with law, if there is no legal impediment. 8. It is further directed that the parties to the case shall cooperate in expeditious disposal of the case and shall not seek any unnecessary adjournment, neither any such adjournment shall be granted by the Court concerned, except in exceptional circumstances. 9.
