Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed seeking following relief:- "(a) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Opp. parties to consider and transfer the petitioner from the office of Chief Medical Officer, Deoria to the office of Chief Medical Officer, Chandauli/ Varanasi/ Sant Ravi Das Nagar (Bhadohi)/ Sonbhadra/ Meerjapur as per options given by the petitioner in view of Clause 5 (III) of the transfer policy dated 06.05.2025 expeditiously or within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would lie within the domain of executive, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before opposite party no.2 i.e. Director (Administration), Medical and Health Services, Swasthya Bhawan, Lucknow who shall consider and decide the same in terms of options so submitted and the Government Order dated 06.05.2025, expeditiously, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of fresh representation along with a certified copy of this order. 4.
