The grievance of the petitioners in this writ petition is with regard to considering the representations for change of land use in respect of the subject land and in this regard, the petitioners had made representations to the respondents authorities as per Annexures–C, C1, E, F and G. 3. In that view of the matter, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.2 to consider the aforementioned representations produced by the petitioners herein within an - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:20141 WP No. 56868 of 2016 outer limit of three months from the date of the receipt of this order.
