Civil Writ Petition No.12537/2024 was dismissed vide order dt.19.03.2025 passed by Registrar (Judicial) of this Court due to non- compliance of the aforesaid judicial order. For the reasons stated & grounds mentioned therein, the restoration application is allowed. The aforesaid orders dated 13.01.2025 passed by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court as well as subsequent order dated 19.03.2025 passed by Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, are hereby recalled. The S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.12537/2024, is restored to its original number. Office to proceed further in the matter. Consequently, the restoration application stands disposed of.
